Dears has finally announced details about the Gackt official community!  It doesn't say "DEARS only" anywhere, however....it looks like it will be partially free, and partially paid-membership; the part where it says paid-membership doesn't specify whether they mean paid membership in DEARS, or if it's separate from that.  I have a feeling it's for ( Read more... )
